Order Terms

1. Prices

All prices shown are the price of the finished work.  Additional charges will be made for frames and nameplates. 

Postage charges will also be added to the final price.

2. Payment

Payments are made via the Stripe payment system, where you can pay by Credit Card,  Mobile Pay,  Apple Pay,  Google Pay or Klarna.

To reserve the order, 50% of the price of the work is paid without additional products, the final payment is made for the remaining 50% of the price of the work and the other products of the order, as well as shipping costs.

E.g. 40 x 50cm painting + frame + nameplate...Total 442.70€ ........

(148.50€ reservation fee, 294.20€ final invoice) + postage

3. Advance payment

The advance payment to start the painting is 50%, leaving the remaining 50% (+ Postage fee) (+ Frame / Nameplate) as the final payment.

Since our paintings are specially made to the customer's wishes, we do not refund the advance payment made at the time of booking.

4. Final remaining payment

If the customer decides not to pay the remaining 50%, we will consider it as a rejection of the work. In such a case, the artwork will be held for 60 days then destroyed, the advance payment will be kept as per our stated terms.

5. Delivery / Returns

Delivery will be made via Posti. Delivery time is normally 3 business days.

Products are packaged very carefully and with extremely durable materials. If the package has been significantly damaged by Posti during transport, it should not be accepted, Posti will deliver it back to the sender.

Based in Tampere, Finland, we can be contacted using the "Contact Us" form on the website, this is a preferred method keeping everything written down and not forgotten. We cannot guarantee answering on a weekend yet can promise to answer quickly.
